High Spen home insulation

Many pensioners living in the bungalows on School Lane in High Spen have told local Councillor Brenda Osborne and Lib dem campaigner Andrew Graham of their unhappiness over the installation of cavity wall insulation in their homes. The tenants have alleged that the bungalows were only partially insulted for fear of spoiling the stone cladding. But with the rising cost of fuel, their concerns are clearly understandable.
