Rose Villa Bollards

After a long running campaign by local councillors, bollards are at last to be installed outside Rose Villa in Whickham village. Residents have raised many concerns about unreasonable and in some cases dangerous parking on the pedestrian pavement. Hopefully this problem is now solved.
